Instant Pot Stew

Put into your Instant Pot the following

1 lb stew meat
2 potatoes
2 onions cut into chunks
2 stalks of celery, cutup
15 oz can of whole tomatoes, do not drain
1 beef boullion cube
4 carrots cut into small pieces
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 TSP instant coffee
salt, thyme, oregano to taste

Pressure Cook on High, Pressure Sealed for 10 minutes

Add the quartered potatoes, and cook for another 15 minutes
