A new study suggests that less housework by women appears to be related to an increase in obesity. Likewise, it probably applies to men and their participation in less house or yard work. With this in mind, our Easter was not just bags of candy and Easter egg hunting. Instead, the children got Easter baskets full of cleaning tools, and together we did Spring Cleaning as a family. Fun!
